Tuesday Travel Diary - Sibiu

Hello everyone! After a looong absence I've returned to my baby blog. Unfortunately, I won't be able to post as often as I would want to, because time will not allow me this. Having a full time job requires most of my time, 10 hours a day to be precise (transportation included). But I'm gonna try my best to keep you updated as often as I can.

These pictures were taken in Sibiu, Romania, several months ago. That was my first and only time in Sibiu so far, and I didn't had much time to visit it, but the parts where I've been amazed me. The buildings are so beautiful and everything around there makes you feel like you're in a fairytale. I want to return there to properly visit the city but I don't see this happening in the nearest future. I am actually working in tourism right now and I am making a lot of beautiful deals all over the Europe and I feel stuck here in my city, craving to visit all those beautiful places and of course my beautiful country. Did I ever mention that I love my country? It has beautiful scenery, it has a lot of potential to become a more popular tourist attraction, and I want to visit all of it someday. My heart wants this so badly and I will make it happen one way or another. So I guess today's post is all about seeing the half full part of the glass, and keeping a positive attitude.

I wanted to shoot more pictures but oh well it didn't happen the way I was thinking. Still I managed to shoot some tourist pictures, with Andrei and I really like them. I was wearing a natural make-up (more like just the foundation) and my hair was messy (and sooo long). Andrei had this idea of  a picture - walking on a tree vertically but you'll see the pictures below (also you can see a small part of the beautiful Sibiu).

So that's about it for today. I hope you guys like this post. Please let me know what you think about it in the comment section below. I'm looking forward to hear your opinions and suggestions. I wish you all a wonderful week or weekend. See you next time.In the meantime, for more updates you can follow me on facebook here: Suzy's dream and on instagram here: @sinziananegres. kisses

Red pants and white shirt - OOTD

Hello everyone!!! I had this post prepared for last Sunday but I got home really late so I decided I will postpone it for today. It was a sunny day but I spent it all at home, sleeping and chilling. I really needed this after such a busy period. In a couple of weeks I will be finished with all that work, but school starts... I really miss the old days when I had more time to shoot pictures and post them here. Unfortunately, lately I haven't been able to do so, and this thing is making me sad. Neither the weather nor the time helps me to do what I love most (which is to shoot pictures and post them of course). This is a rough period for me but it's gonna be over, just be patient with me, I'll be back on track soon.

Until then I'm leaving you with an autumn look I wore a couple of weeks ago when I met with a good friend. I've noticed that you guys liked it on instagram and I thought it deserves a post here, even though the pictures are taken with the phone and just walking by. The scenery isn't nice but hey, not all things in life are peachy. Sometimes all that matters the most is the person you're spending time with, and that day was a special one. Meeting with Georgiana whom I haven't seen in a long time because she is no longer living here in Romania, made me happy. So yeah I was excited to spend time with her, catch up with things, laugh and reconnect with our old habits. I chose to wear a white shirt that I fell in love with (and therefore I bought it) paired with a really old pair of red Zara trousers (I think it's been the 3rd or 4th time I was wearing them in a total of four years since I have them. So that basically means that I wore them like once a year). You can see of course my beloved platforms and bag, which are my best friends at the moment :D.

So that's about it for today. I hope you guys like this post. Please let me know what you think about it in the comment section below. I'm looking forward to hear your opinions and suggestions. I wish you all a wonderful week. See you next time. kisses

Basic Office Outfit - OOTD

Hello everyone!!! As I am starting this post, I have absolutely no idea what I'm about to tell you... I still have to show you pictures from some beautiful places here in Romania, in future Tuesday Travel Diary posts, but I didn't had time to sort them, because they are sooo many. I'm gonna try to sort some for this next Tuesday (which is actually tomorrow).

These pictures were taken a month ago, at the sunset in a beautiful park. Martin Andrei had told me to get an office outfit, black skirt and white shirt, so I did as I was told, even if outside was too warm for a long sleeve shirt. I wasn't sure that it's gonna be the right choice of outfit for a shooting in a park, but it turned out beautiful. And the sun caught between those trees is really really nice. So this is a basic office outfit black pencil skirt, white shirt, heels, bag and accessories. I think it's a must have for every woman (because it saves you anytime you are having a difficulty deciding what to wear to work). My hair was a mess due to the humidity and the warmth outside. I couldnt straighten it because it got a slightly curly shape but not enough to have that big waves curly touch... so yeah it was a mess :D. I had a natural makeup as I like to keep it on a daily basis.

So that's it about today's post. I hope you guys like this post. Please let me know what you think about it in the comment section below. I'm looking forward to hear your opinions and suggestions. I wish you all a wonderful week. See you next time. kisses

Friday Inspiration - Sea Goddes - Revolve Clothing

Hello  everyone!!! I know summer is officially gone, but I had this post prepared for a previous time, but being so tired and always on the run I forgot about it. I like it very much so I'm taking advantage of the fact that outside still feels like summer and I'm posting it today. Oh, I'm looking at these dreamy pictures and I'm craving to be on the beach, or by the pool, and look at the blue ocean with my hat and sunglasses on, drinking a colourful cocktail <3. Wake up Sinzi!!! I hear my inner voice calling out to me, and I wake up from this beautiful dream of mine. Anyway these dresses from Revolve Clothing are amazing. I wish I could have at least one of them...
I'll leave you now to see the beautiful pictures from the editorial. (P.S. - all the pictures from this post are from their site: www.revolveclothing.com )

Tuesday Travel Diary - Transfagarasan

As I told you in my previous post, I'm gonna start a new category on the blog - Travel Diary. I won't be posting every Tuesday since I can't travel all the time (although I would love to ). For our first travel diary I chose to tell you about a trip we did a couple of weeks ago. Me and a couple of friends went to the mountain and there the weather was harsh with us, it was really foggy and it rained, not to mention the 12 Celsius degrees we had to endure, but it was an awesome trip. I have never been to Transfagarasan before. I think you've heard of it ... some call it "the best road in the world". "It has a spectacular view and 90 km of twists and turns that run from north to south across the tallest sections of the Southern Carpathians, between the highest peaks in the country, Moldoveanu, and the second highest, Negoiu. The road connects the historic regions of Transylvania and Wallachia, and the cities of Sibiu and Pitesti. " . If you want more info about it click here.

The view on the way to Balea Lac which is a glacial lake is amazing. You don't know where to look first, left or right, not to mention that the view from up there is speechless. I'm really glad that it was foggy outside because it had such a mystery vibe. You can sleep there, they have cottages with everything you need, but because it's such a beautiful place you have to plan your trip ahead and book  in advance a room or two. I definitely recommend you to visit it and spend at least one night there. You won't regret it, trust me. These pictures were taken with our phones and don't do justice to that amazing place. Unfortunately we couldn't stay there and had to go back so I couldn't explore it properly, but the next time I'll get there, I will definitely spend a night or two, and explore all its surroundings (dressed with warmer clothes because I was freezing until one of my friends gave me a blouse. And a reminder for me - don't wear sandals :d ).

I hope you guys like this post. For more updates follow me on instagram @sinziananegres. Please let me know what you think about it in the comment section below. I'm looking forward to hear your opinions and suggestions. I wish you all a wonderful week. See you next time. kisses
